The theme of ‘unexpected’ was a part of our band message a couple weeks back as we have been popping onto some unexpected stages (and having fun doing it), but this week has to fall into that category as well. As we are prepping for a few one off shows in September, we could not turn down an invitation from long time party DJ Steve Aoki especially since he was bringing the party to our home town Tulsa during the Neon Prairie Festival. 

The festival has brought together an eclectic combo of classic rock and party-starters like Aoki and this gathering was certainly one for the record books of the Osage Hills. We had a great time popping on stage and sparking some great musical memories for a lot of Oklahoma party goers. 

With September in full swing, we are enjoying the random and also on HNet feeling a bit reflective with some of our blog content. It’s incredible to have so much history to pull from. Thanks for helping us make some new memories as you contribute to this community (and show up for the party!).
