Like with so many things related to Hanson Day, there has to be a better way than panicking at 10am sharp that the rooms are sold out online and on the app, having Marriott general reservations line slowly work through realizing I’m saying Tulsa and not Salsa, then telling me to call the hotel directly, then calling the hotel directly and them telling me they’re inundated with calls and they’ll get back to everyone in an hour.
It’s just… can we help make this (and the merch store, and the online ticketing for events, etc) smoother with suggestions?
Love Hanson Day but it feels unnecessarily complicated.
