What do we put where its asking about order number?

@Megan - it'll let you submit it without an order number (at least it let me!).

Good luck Andie! I’m going to wash it after work and see what happens 🤞

Mine was okay after washing once , and I washed it inside out and on a lukewarm/cold cycle. But haven’t washed my husband’s shirt yet and I’ll see how his does. Thanks for looking into the issue, I know several people said that the print was defective and/or came off instantly even with washing it inside out. Also thanks again to you all for making my first BTTI so fun and memorable!🌴🇯🇲🎶

I emailed Leigh when we were originally told told to email Should I submit through customer service as well?

Mine was cracked when I got it home, but I have a heat press so I stuck it in there for 10 seconds and it fixed the crack, but the image is waaaaay off center. I haven't worn/washed it yet so we'll see how much the heat press really helped once that is done but it being super off center makes it defective either way, I guess. (Which stinks because I love this color and design!)

Yes, please. All the photos sent have been seen by our store staff so no need to resend any of those. Whether your graphic is off center or crooked, or you've had cracking or the ink come off, please fill out the CS form.

Thanks, I just submitted the form. On a positive note, I love my denim jacket and it washed and dried perfectly!

I’m happily surprised my shirt made it through a gentle wash! 😅

Unfortunately my 2 tees did not fare well in a delicate wash cycle & coldest possible water settings + air dried. Have sent a note to customer service with details.
Issue aside, they’re fab shirts - probably one of my favorite designs in recent years!
I also second more v-necks in the future to free the décolletage 😜

I already submitted a form about my shirt but just noticed that there is actual hair pressed into my print on the shirt..I thought it was just a mess up of the ink

Good news - I followed the advice of a fan who posted in one of the groups, she said to iron the shirt on the hottest setting over some baking paper. I did that for a few minutes. A little bit of the orange ink stuck to the paper but still ok. Then I let the shirt cool down. I washed it at 30 C / 86 F on a gentle cycle and it came out fine (for now). Definitely worth trying before the first wash.

I'll finally wash mine today, been putting it of as there's been so much laundry after BTTI, and this has to be washed colder now. Husband's shirt didn't really survive the normal gentle wash.

Paola, I did similarly with my shirt, and it seems to have survived the first wash at 30C. It was the most delicate wash program, and it's not what other HNet shirts usually require, but I tried it for the first wash. The orange print wasn't thoroughly even on my shirt to begin with, but it came out looking the same. It is just a little faded towards the bottom of the picture, so I don't know if I should fill out the form. It looks a little like yours, Paola. I do think at some point the shirt may need a 40C wash like t-shirts usually if they get sweaty but I dread putting it in that cycle later.
