My lecture this year at HANSON Day was called Drop Your Digital Pants. If you don't know what Digital Pants is... I am not going to try and explain other then to say it is a colection of random songs only available to Hanson.net members. The Drop Your Digital Pants lecture was about showing the world how these random and rediculus songs come together, and letting Hanson.net members vote to help shape the song that gets created.
This years song is call Signs Of Life. The song is about a moment all nerds know, when you are playing an online video game and your friend is AFK... oh the pain.
The song is almost finished being mixed so I sat down and created a little art inspired by the musical idea. Hope you enjoy the timelaps.

I love it! I second the comics being sold in the gallery idea :-) Can't wait for the song to be finished!

Has any of you been to that concert on Epcot last year?
I am here just wondering. Is it like a regular concert?

No but my friends have. It's a series of "mini shows" each night. Definitely not like a traditional show. You should go if you're able! I've heard it's a blast

Where do you find the time to do all this awesome stuff??? I would think you barely have time most days to remember to tie your shoes!!!

All I hear is tambourine. I'm kidding, but I was crying from laughing so hard while you were recording it. It was so silent and we were all waiting in anticipation and then... just one beat (at first). Did not expect that. Maybe I was sleep deprived, but it was hilarious.
Love the drawing!

A) This is awesome. I heart time lapse comics!
and B) If I had a Hanson controller, I might play a video game or two once in awhile. ;)

I just talked to my fiancée about this song. He just kind of chuckled. Can't wait for him to hear it later.

You're so multitalented, it always amazes me! The comics are great. And I second @turnuptheevil 's idea ;)
@Holly_Golightly I went to Epcot last year, both days Hanson played. They play 3 sets each day (~40 minutes each), it was great! I would totally go again, but I won't be able this year :/ Have fun!

I have to agree with the first comment about you selling comics instead of paintings!

1 - I like your drawings a lot.
2 - New music! Yes, please!
3 - Oh, even the electrocardiogram waves are looking good (and not stressful) right now. Is it a kind of miracle? :)

Okay it is just ridiculous the amount of talent you have!!! This is so cool! I love time-lapse! You make this look so easy and I would love comics!

Shannon, you never told me you became BFF's with Zac, haha! I agree with your suggestion.
I love that video so much! Who knew watching someone draw straight lines could be entertaining? Probably only in time-lapse form. We just like everything you create, Zac! I enjoy all the little things in this video from the cross-hatching to the way you feel for the guy crying to just watching you draw left-handed. And, of course, it turned out WONDERFUL!

I love it when you post these! I think it'd be cool if maybe one year for the gallery, you sold comics instead of paintings :)
