HANSON: The Tour Continues, With Help

It has been a great week on the road, Toronto, New York and tonight Pittsburgh. We are loving playing back to back shows, acoustic and electric. It is so rewarding to play so much different music and revisit such a great time in our band's history. We are praying for a quick recovery for Mathew Sweet. We are so sad he can’t continue, but we loved every minute of the shows he was with us. The tour will continue, with the help of several amazing musicians. Our good friend John Calvin Abney will be joining the tour everywhere, other than Austin where the incomparable Ben Kweller will be our guest for the acoustic show. Thank you to everyone who has joined us so far, looking forward to seeing you tonight in Pittsburgh!

NYC was awesome! Both evenings were packed with great songs. My favorite moment - "I Was Born" and Taylor's monologue after being distracted by a fan in the audience - love the authenticity of a Hanson show!!

And the way all you guys handled the interruptions and craziness and brought the show back into focus was just so PROFESSIONAL, smooth, and considerate.
