I’m Rohan Rawat, and it’s been an incredible journey being part of Himalaya Shelter (HS), a highly respected name in Indian trekking with over a decade of trail-tested experience. My role here has allowed me to explore and contribute to some of the most breathtaking and culturally rich treks in the Himalayas. From the high-altitude thrill of the Bali Pass and Pin Bhaba Pass to the ancient beauty of the Har Ki Dun Valley, each expedition has deepened my respect for nature. I’ve wandered through blooming valleys on the Valley of Flowers Trek, crossed alpine meadows like Dayara Bugyal, and enjoyed the scenic heights of the Phulara Ridge. My experiences also include spiritual and snowy treks such as the Gaumukh Tapovan, Kedarkantha, and Dodital. Whether supporting beginners on the Chopta Chandrashila Trek or adventuring through the grandeur of the Kashmir Great Lakes and Kuari Pass, I feel privileged to help others discover the Himalayas through safe, well-guided, and truly unforgettable experiences.
