Presale Explanation
Jul 07, 2003 |
Later this week - we can not give you an exact date until plans are 100% firm - we will be putting up a tickets section in the Member's area of Hanson.net. Depending on the venue, you will get three different options for buying your presale tickets:
1) You will buy the tickets directly from us (2 per account)
2) You will receive one (1) personal password which you will then enter at ticketmaster.com to buy your tickets (2 per password)
3) You will receive a special link to the venue's site where you can buy tickets (2 per account)
Please note, that for all venues, there is only a certain allocation of presale tickets available. As you may know, some of the venues are small, so our allocation for these venues is equally small. This means that sometimes there will not be enough tickets to accomodate everyone. Also note that for points (2) and (3) above, merely receiving a password from us does not mean that TicketMaster or the venue will definitely have tickets available for your chosen date. In other words, even though you got a password from us, your date may already be sold out.
How will we allocate tickets? Purely on a first come, first serve basis. We will announce the ticket sale/date at least 24 hours in advance so everyone will know when to give it a shot.
Why are we doing it this way? Because of the small nature of the venues, many have different contractual ticket sale policies in place that we are unable to change. For this reason, we can only do things this one way.
