Member Exclusive: Make plans to join us in person for a long weekend of music and events unlike any other, and it’s only available to Hanson.net members! Full event schedule and event tickets won’t be available until early 2025, but now is the time to make plans, and text your BFF so you can meet up for a one of a kind weekend in Tulsa OK, next May.

Hanson Day 2025 hotel availability dates:
Start Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2025
End Date: Tuesday, May 27, 2025
Your special group rate is available at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District for $199 USD - $214 USD per night. Book your group rate for Hanson Day 2025. You may call the hotel at 918-879-1800 and ask for the HANSON block rate.
Reservations by attendees must be received before March 26, 2025.
Special Requirements:
- The hotel will require a 2-night minimum stay.
- Hotel requires advance payment for room and tax charges for 1st night. A credit card will be required for this deposit. The deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Cancel by February 13th, 2025 - Receive full refund of deposits/monies collected.
- Cancel between February 13th, 2025 and March 13th, 2025 - Receive 50% refund of deposits/monies collected.
- Cancel after March 13th, 2025 - No refunds of the deposits/monies collected will be provided after this date.
