Cancellation Penalties

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule:
*If you choose to resell your room yourself between Oct 7, 2014 and Jan 1, 2015 you will have to make the total money transaction between you and the new party. There will be a $100 administrative fee assessed to change the names on the reservation one time, which must be paid by the new parties credit card and must be done no later than Jan 1, 2015.

*ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES OF ANY KIND CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER JAN 1, 2015

Terms

*Back To The Island 2015 is an 18+ event.
*If you choose to reserve a two person room, you must have a roommate at the time of reservation.
*Back To The Island is open to Hanson.net Fan Club members only. Fan Club membership must be current, and remain so through Jan 11, 2015 for all attendees. Should you make a booking and not have a current Hanson.net membership by December 1, 2014, we will automatically charge you for the current annual membership fee, in addition to the cost of your Back To The Island package on the credit card used for booking.
*HANSON and Island Gigs reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest.
*HANSON and Island Gigs reserve the right to remove any guest from the event who is behaving inappropriately.

Fan Club Membership

ALL those attending Back To The Island must be Fan Club members at the time of reservation. IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN CLUB MEMBER, JOIN NOW!
