During tonights stream at 8pm, I'll be sharing a simple recipe for pumpkin puff pastry tarts inspired by the season (but really there's always an excuse to make mini pies) and we want you to join us and cook along. Check out the ingredients in this blog, and go put on your favorite apron...(what you don't have a favorite apron) and we will see you at 8 central for a bit of confectionary bliss (and a lot of music too).
This recipe is meant to be fairly fast, and is made up of ingredients that you should be able to find at most any neighborhood grocery store.
The ingredients here are to make two dozen tarts. Follow allong during the show to make this entire batch, and plan to share with friends!
If you are not able to get out the store for this evening don't fret, the stream will be re-airing throughout the weekend so you will have plenty of chances to heat up the kitchen with this tasty recipe.
See you in the kitchen -Taylor

Sounds delicious. I'll have to test out the recipe another night, as tonight I'll be baking, but my kitchen's already prepped for some white chocolate cherry cookies and oatmeal white chocolate chip cookies.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS!!!!!
A) Because I love EVER-AY-THANG pumpkin, as outlined in a thread I posted, I will be trying this.
B) Speaking of threads, this recipe needs to show up in my Thanksgiving Recipe thread in the General section of the Public forum, hint hint wink wink nudge nudge.
C) I don't have a favorite apron, but I fully expect you to be in yours and it should probably have ruffles around the edges for added joy and amusement.
D) Excuse me while I run to the store for the ingredients I DON'T have and while I ready myself with pen and paper to take notes during the stream!!
:D :D :D

It sounds delicious. Won't be cooking live though, it will be 3 am and I'll have to do some grocery shopping first.
When you say vanilla, do you mean powder or essence?

The butter and the pumpkin are mentioned twice. Do we need it twice or is it a slip of the finger?
How much is 1/2 stick butter?

@Lautje85 Pretty sure it's a typo.
By vanilla, I'm sure he means essence (is that the same as extract?) I honestly had no idea it came in powder form lol
If you buy butter by the sticks, most of the time they have the measurements on the wrapper, I usually go by that. :)
