This week we officially closed the door on the summertime, at least here in the USA, because Labor Day is behind us. Yes, we still have a few weeks before a shift toward a cooler breeze and a changing of the leaves begins especially on the eastern coast of the states but we’re working our way into a great time of year. 

Like every season, music and experiences weave together to make what might just be a big summer day turn into a day we remember driving down a beautiful coastal highway with friends playing Tom Petty’s "Free Fallin” or a rainy cold afternoon where we dove into a good book and pondered deep long thoughts with Billie Holiday setting the mood in the background. Music and our experiences weave together to help us tell a story. You are a big part of our story as we have shared so many events with you right there with us in the audience, walking the street barefoot, chatting online or bringing a new friend along to the party. 

September is a great month for new stories, some which will play out on stage this month with us popping around the country for some random and fun events and if you are on HNet a few new stories from the band via some personal blogs or some musical stories that we continue to unfold with our new weekly Underneath Experience Vlogs. If you have missed them as they go went live, don’t overlook the really fun collection of Mixtape Masterpiece Podcasts which came from the vault and released the last historic episode this week featuring Isaac’s curation of favorite songs from the Team Awesome playlists. These podcasts can be found in our audio player and they are not made up of all Hanson songs, but they are a great reminder of how music can set the mood (and inspire us).
