HANSON: Tour Kick Off!

After months of anticipation we last night we officially kicked off the Underneath: Experience Tour. The last twenty years have brought us to so many places around the world playing for incredible fans and sharing music and the chapter we have been in all began with the Underneath album. Last night's show already has us especially excited for what is to come this fall with so many songs that have a special place in our history.
With last night's beginning, we were able to set the tone with an acoustic set list, new arrangements and some songs that have not found their way to a show in a long time. We not only had Matthew Sweet kick off the night with his set but our friend Cory Wong made a guest appearance.
For those that enjoy a craft beer, we were thrilled to be able to raise a glass to all “The Ones Who Really Care” with our MMMHops IPA and Pink Moonlight IPA making their debut on the tour. It felt great to see such a celebration take shape the kick off of the tour. To round it out the night wrapped up with the first Dance Party post show and I think we are safe to say it set the tone for one of the best tours to date.
Tonight the experience rolls on with our friends Phantom Planet bringing an entirely different energy, which is a perfect match for night 2 of our set which will pull much of the inspiration from the Live & Electric and full Underneath tour. So many songs to pull from it’s going to be fun to mix it up all tour long.
Thanks so much to all the incredible fans who have been with us on during the last twenty years, and cheers to a great tour still ahead.

It was an AMAZING two nights! Wish I could turn back time and do it all over again! Loved the acoustic show and hearing the songs in a new way! The electric show was epic!! As always, your shows never cease to amaze me!

I couldn't make it to night two in Minneapolis and I'm so sad about it. Especially after seeing the set list. 😍 Night one was pretty amazing though! I had the best time, and even made some new friends. It was definitely worth the drive from North Dakota! Can't wait to see you guys in May! ❤

My husband and I were there both nights. It was so much fun. The time went so fast. Wish we could turn back time so we can do it again😎 we had the drink named penny and it was really good. I would love to know what's in it so I can make it myself.

Both nights in Minneapolis were incredible. I'm on a high gym it all.
I'll be honest, the after party left a lot to be desired. It was a huge disappointment for me and my friends there.
Phantom Planet was an incredible opener and both set lists were fantastic!
