Beginning in 2021, I\'m letting the 9-year streak of my yearly membership lapse due to Hanson\'s missteps regarding BLM, Zac\'s pinterest account, and COVID-19. I was a fan from 1997 to 2020. In that time I spent many thousands of dollars on Hanson. However, all further income from me is lost until a genuine apology is issued, individual members of the band are held accountable for their actions, and the band makes clear and productive steps to improve their standing with BIPOC fans. In the meantime, let my dead profile be a reminder of all that this band has done to take advantage of their fans and the BIPOC community.
