I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and three daughters. Two of our daughters were our foster children before they became permanent members of the family. I say this with the invitation to please reach out if you have any questions regarding fostering or the foster care system in general. There is a huge need in every community for help, but the vast majority of folks are completely unaware of the crisis in their own back yards. And you don't necessarily have to be a foster parent to help. You can assist at a foster closet organizing clothes, become a guardian ad-litem, provide baby sitting or dinner for families going through difficult transitions. Even just donating your kids' outgrown clothes (in decent shape of course) to a local foster closet is a huge help! Again, don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions (757) 374-2154. I won't judge at all and am appreciative of anyone who is looking to become more informed of this issue that doesn't get the attention in society that it needs.
...stepping down from the soap box.......
I also enjoy staying active in our church and playing the drums on Sundays when I'm not working Bucs games. Favorite bands outside of Hanson include Vertical Horizon, Dave Matthews Band, Switchfoot, and Walk Off The Earth.
