The Indie Hanson Returns

Hanson are back, and beware - they are Indie.

Later this month, the brothers will release 'Underneath', their first new album in four years.

This week the single 'Penny & Me' was sent to stores and has so far picked up VH1 play with a video starring The OC's Samaire Armstrong.

"We're really happy to see such a strong response this early to the song and record," says Taylor Hanson. "When you are an independent label up against the American Idol media frenzy and other major labels, it makes debuting at #2 that much more rewarding ... not too shabby!"

To coincide with the album, there will be the One Night Only live event at Regal Cinemas across America on April 19.

'Underneath' will be released on their own 3CG Records.
