We want to say thank you to everyone who joined us on Oct 30th in West Hollywood to celebrate reaching ours and TOMS goal of 50,000 pairs of TOMS shoes sold. The idea of partnering with TOMS and taking one mile walks bare foot in every city on the walk tour started as a crazy idea that we never thought we could really pull off. Now we have walked 28 miles bare foot, with thousands of you who have joined us. For everyone who has walked and purchased a pair of TOMS, the song Great Divide, or the Great Divide T-Shirt, you should feel proud to know you have taken one step to fight poverty, and stop the cycle of AIDS/HIV. 

We want to encourage you that this is only the first step and that there will be many more miles to come. We hope to keep working with TOMS towards their next goals and also to help provide new solutions that we can all be a part of.  “Action” is the key. 

Often the people who make the greatest impact on the world are not the smartest or the luckiest, but they are the bravest. They are the people who have the gall to believe that they can do something extraordinary. We have a few miles to go before our journey to Africa with TOMS, please continue to join us before each show as we continue our 1 mile treks – Thank you for taking The Walk.
