Isaac, Taylor and Zachary Hanson were born and spent part of their childhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, during the "grunge" era, Hanson started to record albums that were released on cds. They have written more than 150 original songs. Since Zac was 10, Taylor 12 and Isaac 15, they have played in a lot of places, places that they weren't allowed to enter because they were underage.

Their first independant album was "Boomerang". This album was released in 1995. They have sold more than 12.000.000 of copies of their first album debut "Middle of Nowhere". Their first single was Mmmbop (MON 1997) which inmediately went to first places in 27 countries.

The Hanson brothers have released their 3rd album called "Underneath" that came out April 20th. The album has been produced by their own record label 3CG Records

This new album has changed the style of the brothers, they have passed from the soft pop music, to a more indie music. Four years after their second album, Hanson comes out with a more compacted pop sound, as you can see in the single from "Underneath", "Penny & Me"
