Grupo pop Hanson producirá los discos de artistas independientes

El grupo estadounidense Hanson anunció que, tras abrir su propia compañía discográfica, planea expandirla y empezar a producir los trabajos de otros artistas sin limitaciones, pero respetando su estilo.

Agregó que su último disco titulado "Underneath", el primero tras una ausencia de cinco años de los escenarios, ha llegado muy alto, y ha sido un despertar y una liberación tanto emocional como laboral.

"Ahora queremos pensar en que ser independientes, más que un obstáculo, será una oportunidad, incluso para otras bandas, porque existe la intención de entrar al mundo del disco y ayudar a otros grupos a tener mejores carreras", dijo Zac, uno de los miembros del grupo en rueda de prensa.

El artista cree que si se consolida el proyecto, los artistas no tendrán que ceder con ellos todos sus derechos para poder formar parte de la industria.
"Que sea una industria sana en donde lo más importante sea la música", precisó el cantante.

Los hermanos Isaac, Taylor y Zac, quienes están en México para cantar este domingo el himno estadounidense en la carrera de la Serie NASCAR y presentar el martes su nuevo material discográfico en el Salón 21, manifestaron que este tiempo que estuvieron fuera de los escenarios les hizo fuertes.

Además, aprendieron a apreciar la libertad, pues ahora sus seguidores no tienen que esperar a que alguna trasnacional determine cuándo o qué cantará el trío, sino que ya depende de ellos mismos.

El músico puntualizó que en la actualidad, en vez de un grupo grande ocupándose de su material, como ocurría antes, tienen a un pequeño conjunto de gente apasionada y muy activa, que en nada se compara con el que tenían anteriormente, ya que no sólo se piensa en las ventas.

Sobre este retorno, la banda aseguró que cuando comenzaron a hacer música fue por amor, que se sienten orgullosos del éxito que les rodeó durante ocho años, y que lo que han logrado ahora, con su relanzamiento artístico, también les tiene satisfechos.

Actualmente Hanson realizan su gira mundial "Underneath World Tour", para anunciar su regreso tras no haber actuado durante el último lustro.

The U.S. group Hanson announced that having created their own record label they plan to expand it and begin to produce works by other artists, without limitations and still respecting their style.

Their latest disc titled "Underneath", the first production after a five-year absence from the scene, has been successful and has been an awakening and a liberation as emotional as it is the product of hard work.

"Now we want to think about being independent not as an obstacle but as an opportunity, not just for us but for other bands, because our intention is to enter the record world and help other groups have better careers," said Zac, one of the members during a press conference.

The artist believes that if they consolidate the project, artists won't have to give up all of their rights in order to become a part of the industry.

"A good industry should be one where the most important thing is the music," the singer stated.

The brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac, who are in Mexico to sing the U.S. national anthem on Sunday in the NASCAR Series Race and to perform their new material Tuesday at Salón 21, expressed that the time they've spent away from the scene has made them stronger.

Furthermore, they learned to appreciate freedom. Now their fans don't have to wait for a transnational label to determine when and what the trio will sing. Now it depends only on them.

The musician points out that in reality, instead of having a large group in charge of their material, like it was before, they now have a small group of passionate, active staff. It's nothing like what they had before; now not everything is focused on sales.

Speaking on their return, the band assured that they began to make music because they loved doing it. They are proud of the success they have had during the past 8 years. And they are satisfied with their current success and their artistic rebirth.
