To help wrap up this busy year of celebration we are hosting a special online event that allows EVERYONE to come together. I remember a few weeks ago there was a Spotify contest where the winner would win a ticket to a special New York show on 12/15, but I wasn’t sure if that was a typo. Now I wonder if they are streaming this special from nyc??

That has to be what it is. ...Also, they never give Eastern time (always Centraltime if they're in Tulsa).

Oh interesting. So like the "show" they were giving away tickets to might be the Christmas special itself? I was thinking they're playing for the contest winners separately, but that could also make sense, especially if they're broadcasting from NYC and not 3CG. Guess we'll see on Friday :)
