Arrival for Event:
Please arrive at the theatre no more than 2 hours in advance of your assigned session.

Parking:
Limited on street parking is available in the neighborhood around the venue. We would recommend carpooling where possible.

Entrance into Event:
To enter the event, you will need a photo ID. A driver's license, passport or school ID will be accepted.

Merchandise
There will be new merchandise available at the event as well as some sale items. Merchandise will be for sale after each session. We will accept cash or credit cards for purchases.

Members with Disabilities
If you are a physically disabled member attending the event, please email hansonevent@hanson.net if you will need special assistance. Please contact us no later than May 12, 2009 at 5pm ET. Please include your username, real name and which session you will be attending.

Zac's Hanson Day Painting
We will be creating a limited printing of the Hanson Day Painting that many of you have seen pictures of on the "Hansonmusic" Twitter. There will be 200 numbered and signed copies available, as well as the original painting on display. Copies will be available at all three shows.

Meet & Greet
At the end of each session, there will be group photos taken with the band. Those photos will be taken by Hanson.net staff and will be posted on Hanson.net. Unfortunately there will not be time for autographs.

Take The Walk
A walk will be held during the morning of Saturday, May 16th - exact time to be confirmed. The walk will start at the corner of 2nd St & Elgin Ave in downtown Tulsa. Please bring your Hanson.net membership card as we will be able to use that to register your mile.

Staff Filming and Recording the Event
Our staff will be filming and recording each session of the event. As with all previous events, we ask that you stay in your seats and act accordingly. More instructions will be given upon arrival at the event.

Receiving Membership Kits:
Those members who have joined or renewed in 2009 will receive their membership kits at check in. You will need to present your photo ID and sign to confirm that you have received your kit.

Cameras/Video/Audio/Cell Phones
No cameras, video or audio recording devices will be allowed. Anyone attempting to take photos or record the event in any way will be removed. All cell phones must be turned off during the event.
