Be it ever so humble there's no place like Hanson.net! LOL yeah... len's gone off the deep end, Hnetters! With the celebration of Hanson Day coming and going this month I'd like to admit to fellow Hnetters I don't celebrate Hanson Day on May 6. I celebrate it every day! Everyday when I log onto Hnet and read my Hnet mail, I'm celebrating the fact that Hanson the band is a part of my life. Yeah, I know a lot of fans celebrate Hanson Day, but why wait for an annual celebration? I like to think of Hnet as an ongoing fan party or one long, continuous after-party.



Keeping that in mind, I do have some Hanson-related habits I'd like to share with everyone. Near my home there is a winding, curving road I frequently travel. Last week we had a warm spring day, so off I went to do some errands. I popped my TTA Cd in the CD player, flipped it to "If Only" and off I drove! (If the song is over before the road is, I jump ahead to "In the City" LOL!!!). Ever drive a winding road to "If Only?" hehe try it sometime, it makes your day! Anyone have a pet? I like to walk GizMOE, our pet dog to "This Time Around" and "You Never Know." Along with walking the dog and drag racing down winding roads, I can also be found doing housework to "Shake your Tailfeather" as well as my old favorite "Magic Carpet Ride."



Silly huh? These small insignificant things are a part of my daily rituals, which remind me that as a Hnetter I'm a small part of a much bigger picture. I celebrate the band and it's music everyday, not just on May 6th. I've even got into the habit of playing Hanson music when surfing Hnet!! Music intertwines with our lives. I bet if I named a few Hanson songs almost everyone here would have a happy memory attached to it. When you celebrate the music you love on a daily basis, you celebrate your life as well. So don't wait 'til May 6th to celebrate your life...... celebrate it everyday!!! =)
