Credit Card Processing Errors in HNet Store - UPDATE

UPDATE - the issue is now fixed. Thank you for your patience while we tackled this problem.

Recently, some users have had trouble processing orders in the HNet Store and are receiving credit card errors. We are aware of this issue and are working with our tech team to correct this issue as quickly as possible.

If your membership should lapse during this time, please remember that you have a 30 day grace period for renewals and will not lose any of your pins/points or years as a member.

I got Failed payment when buying Hanson day tickets but was lucky to be able to swap to another card which worked. Not sure if that was my bank or you. Thank you for always listening and helping . What a great Customer Services team you all are

I bought a shirt during the half price sale and I know for sure I hit the submit payment and everything, but my credit card was never charged.  Oh well...

This would have been helpful during the 50% off sale when I tried to purchase merch I wanted and got a failed response each time. oh well...I'll wear my RGB tour shirt until I can snag some swag!
