Start Date: Tuesday, May 14, 2024
End Date: Tuesday, May 21, 2024

Your special group rate is available at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District for 199 USD - 214 USD per night. Book your group rate for Hanson Day 2024.

Reservations by attendees must be received before March 8, 2024.

Special Requirements:

• The hotel will require a 2-night minimum stay.
• Hotel requires advance payment for room and tax charges for 1st night. A credit card will be required for this deposit. The deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Deadlines:

• Cancel by February 13th, 2024 - Receive full refund of deposits/monies collected.
• Cancel between February 13th, 2024 and March 13th, 2024 - Receive 50% refund of deposits/monies collected.
• Cancel after March 13th, 2024 - No refunds of the deposits/monies collected will be provided after this date.
