HANSON: We're Playing Hop Jam!

It is official, we are playing The Hop Jam.  Though we have been hinting at it for weeks, we are finally  able to share that we are playing Hop Jam, along with some really great bands like  Phantom Planet, and our brother's band Joshua And The Holy Rollers. For anyone counting, this means between the two HANSON Day concerts and the two public concerts, we are playing  every day. That is four HANSON concerts in one weekend.

Thursday - Storytellers (Members Only)
Friday -  String Theory (Public)
Saturday - Members Concert (Members Only)
Sunday - HopJam (Public)

This year is the busiest HANSON Day weekend to date when you go from Storytellers to karaoke to gallery to string theory, to dance party all the way to headlining The Hop Jam, but we think it is going to be worth every minute of madness to make this year worthy of all the effort fans put in to travel across the country and around the world to be here. No matter what day you are coming in there is a special event to attend and a concert to enjoy.

Make sure if you are attending HANSON Day, you plan to pick up your 2019 members EP at registration.  The five songs we recorded  this year are as eclectic as ever, but with titles like The Ballad Of Seymore Better Times, Worth The Wait, Reading Your Mind, Compromise, and Better Days, you can see this tapestry of style is just a reflection of how music is made for every day, and each day requires its own words of encouragement.

New EP song titles sound very promising with Worth The Wait standing out for me, for some weird reason (?!). We shall see what the reason is when it gets here. Have fun playing Hop Jam :)

Who's counting? Definitely me!

I put it out to the universe earlier this year but whacking the 4 Hanson concerts in a row on my concert tally, well before they were announced. I am so glad the universe listened. (and that you guys are generous enough to be making it happen). Thanks so much for knowing and acknowledging how many fans are travelling this year from far and wide, and making it HUGGEEE for that.

Can't wait to close this mental mind gap between Melbourne and Tulsa, that I planted when I was 11, and realise that Oklahoma is not on the moon. Bring it on.

Who has been to the Hop Jam before? What is the schedule like? Does Hanson headline? I'm wondering how late this night will be.

JBreton1984, Hanson is headlining this year. The concert normally starts at 3pm and wraps up around 10pm, I think.

...I've seen better days...  ;)  Looking forward to Hanson Day weekend, The Hop Jam, and the inevitable Hanson overload. ...I think we can handle it.  :)

"Tapestry of style" or crazy quilt?  Should we be expecting something Carole King-like on this EP?
