HANSON DAY 2020 REFUNDS

Sep 15, 2020 | HANSON

Because of the unprecedented events of 2020, we had to postpone HANSON Day this year, but rather than starting over in 2021, we decided to offer all Hanson.net members who had tickets to 2020 events the option to keep their tickets and use them for matching events in 2021. This means all the same exciting activities, at the same times, on the same days of the week, but in 2021.

Because of the special nature and limited capacity of HANSON Day events we are not normally able to offer refunds, but this has not been a normal year for any of us. If you are a 2020 ticket holder and are not planning to attend in 2021, you can still request a refund for HANSON Day tickets up to September 25th 2020.

For your convenience we have added an updated schedule to help you plan for 2021 - all events are scheduled for the same timing on the days of the week as 2020, just updated to 2021 dates.

What will the events be like?

  • We will be following all local health guidelines in place at the time of the events.

What if I can’t travel?

  • If you are from somewhere that doesn’t allow travel to Oklahoma at the time of the event, we will refund your ticket at that time.
  • If local ordinances cause us to cancel any events, we will refund tickets at that time.
  • If unforeseen events cause us to cancel HANSON Day, we will refund tickets at that time.

Is this the complete 2021 Schedule?

  • Planning for HANSON Day 2021 is just beginning, and knowing what members are attending will help us complete the list of 2021 events.
  • We are excited about all of these events, and the potential of even more when we announce the final schedule in 2021.

Can I buy tickets when they go on sale in 2021?

  • All available tickets will be put on sale when the complete event schedule is announced in 2021
  • Even if you get a refund now, you can purchase a ticket to the same event in 2021 when they go on sale (subject to availability)

Have more questions? We would love to hear from you in the Tour Talk Forum on Hanson.net or through the Customer Service links found on the bottom of every page on Hanson.net.

@illbeyourmemory

you'll have to contact who you bought the ticket from. hanson did not handle ticketing for that event and cannot refund you

I'm glad to see this is a stipulation in the event that Hday does take place and those holding out hope can't make it due to travel restrictions.

So glad the days stayed the same! My daughters pre-k graduation falls on Thursday so I was really hoping that TTA unplugged wasn’t moved because I love y’all but not a chance I was missing her graduation. I’ve been stressing a bit about that 😎 and I couldn’t score tickets to Karaoke anyway 🤣 can’t wait for May 😍

When HANSON Day 2020 was canceled and we offered to honor 2020 tickets for matching events in 2021 we never imagined shutdowns and social distancing would have lasted as long as they have. Here in Oklahoma things are slowly returning to something that feel fairly normal (though with limited capacity at shows still), so we are cautiously, optimistically, starting to plan HANSON Day 2021. Everything we are doing over the next four months with streams and Cains Ballroom in person tickets will help us plan for a great Hday weekend, but one step we feel is important is closing this chapter on 2020 so we can look wholly to 2021.

There is still so much to be done, but we can't wait to do it.

Yeah but things arent normal and they're saying they might not be until the end of next year (i really hope they're wrong). but thinking its over or things are normal is what is causing this to last so much longer here in america than in other countries. thats just the long and short of it. we can do more as long as theres masks when you cant distance and distancing when you can or both (perferably both).

so i hope oklahoma doesnt continue with their "everythings fine" mentality and mess up another hday for us.

@TheWanderer, I did but they will not refund anyone until the event is cancelled. They say it’s postponing and are waiting to hear from the band regarding a new date

Given current social distancing guidelines (and yep I know there's no telling how different things will be in May) will there be any changes to the amount of people per photo for group photos? I now there are obviously time restrictions but I just wonder how to do it more safely as well.

Do we need to fill out a separate return form for each event ticket purchased?

"I did but they will not refund anyone until the event is cancelled. They say it’s postponing and are waiting to hear from the band regarding a new date "

Let me check on this. Might take a few days.

"Do we need to fill out a separate return form for each event ticket purchased?"

No, you can enter the first order number where it asks for it and put the rest in the comments.

Oops - sorry, Leigh and customer service - definitely did that wrong. You have two return forms from me because I had two separate orders and didn't know I should do that. Sorry!

No worries. You can fill out individual ones, but doing one saves you time.

I’m trying to imagine how they’re going to keep that amount of people social distanced during these events.  I imagine the gallery and store will have to allow only few in at a time. The check in alone will be...interesting.  The Hop Jam is usually wall to wall people.  I can’t wait to see how they’re going to deal w
