I remembers when I was a kid and someone first showed me how to make stop motion movies with a camcorder by quickly pressing record and then stop as fast as possible. It was a revelation! Isaac Taylor and I would spend long afternoons building movie sets with LEGO and animating epic fight scenes using excessive amounts of ketchup as the blood and guts. The end results were always shorter then imagined and filled with audio outbursts, but never the less they were unapologetic in there imperfection.
Aap!… za?… don’t!… I’m… le!... why?!… Try!
About a year ago I created a music video for the Members Only song Digging To China using my iPhone and an app called iMotion. I used cut paper to create the characters and sets, and did the whole thing at 12 frames per second. As I worked on the scenes I quickly came to the understanding both that I wanted to do more stop motion and that an app on my phone was not going to give me the functions I really wanted. I am really happy with the Digging To China Video but many things were just out of reach at that time
Just to name a few. In the last week or so I have been playing around with a program called Dragonframe. It has built-in connectivity to many DSLR cameras so you can control exposer from you computer, it has the functionality to control 100 light sources and up to 16 motion control channels and as far as I am concerned should run for president! Basically it is amazing. It does everything I have ask it to do, and if I decided to spend a small fotion on a motion control crane I would have my own robot. There is a free trial version on www.dragonframe.com so anyone can try before they buy. I am not sure what I am going to do with this just yet, but I am excited by the potential.
NOTE: I attached the VINE video I did to test lip Sync

this doesn't answer your question but i did a claymation when i was in high school in 1995 YIKES i'm old LOL and i used a webcam to take my pics to make my video ( it was a really good one from that year) i only had 2 days to make my video i made a pig and it's ears wiggled and he blinked and winked and his tail coiled up and uncoiled and he walked around a tree i made LOL You never realize how many frames you need for your brain to actually see what it is doing until you do it.
I would love to see any kind of video you want to do. You always entertain me LOL

Well, your little bird is really cute. (That's got to be a cardinal.) You could make all of those birds on Jaybird Street and do a "Rockin' Robin" video...using the Hanson rendition, of course. That would be fun, wouldn't it? I bet you could knock that out in no time at all... ;)

Whiteboard arts/doodles (since you love drawing)
Something involving candies
Something involving eggs (common we all know how fun they are to draw funny faces on lol)
A short for "Signs Of Life"
Something involving your hands (challenge hahaha)

I'd love to see something Star Wars or Lord of the Rings/Hobbit themed :)
Or as someone suggested already, an official Hanson music video would be cool!

A video for Guns and Bacon/Sexy Robot?! I know we keep begging for everything Guns and Bacon/Sexy Robot here lately but I think a stop motion video of the songs would be super cool!

A story of your choosing to illustrate a favourite song of yours. Something with pathos and humour but with a thoughtful sidenote.
Did you ever watch the Morph series on UK TV?
I think like the Ardman creature comforts series - It would be cool to record visuals of some kind with commentary from yourself, Isaac and Taylor but real conversation ... real interview ... set against characters of a different kind if you get me !!

Maybe a video promoting the R&R tour. Can you sculpt a drum set out of clay? Lol.
I like the idea of a Signs of Life music video too. :D
Use your clay bird to interview you guys asking all your least favorite interview questions. That way reporters on tour will know what questions NOT to ask. Hahaha

Can I second @Kait's 'Zombie' idea and add - can you make into a video for 'Zombie' the song? It's one of my favourite Digital Pants songs.

I am on board for a music video of some kind. A Digital Pants/Super Digital Pants song of your choosing.
OR a new "comic" series where you make up a character and upload new "episodes" on the blog every so often.

Sweet! A song with angry birds realizing they are love birds who wish to make up instead. Maybe use the song "What Are We Fighting For" from inside the box to follow your story structure :)
