HANSON: Recording Complete!

After months of work, writing and recording, we are finished with recording for Against The World. Next step is a little reflection, before we mix, master and share with all of you in May. Everyone who joined us on the Wintry Mix tour in 2019 definitely got a taste of what ATW sounds like, but there’s nothing like the real thing. Hanson.net members who join us at this year's HANSON Day festivities will be getting a listen to what we have been working on, and they may even have the honor (or cure) of being the first people to hear ATW outside the wall of 3CG. Tour plans and album release are all coming in Q2 so there is a lot to look forward to.

Speaking of things we are looking forward to, BTTI 2021 is just days away from being announced. 2021 will be our 9th year of hosting Back To The Island, and we are already anticipating our return. It is one of our favorite things all year even when we have sand in our crevice (inside joke). Thank-you to all the Islanders who completed the event survey and shared their feedback both good and bad. We had an amazing time this year, but thanks to all of you we hope to make 2021 even better! More videos from BTTI were posted today on the H.net Video page. Hopefully they will bring a little joy to your day, and get you in the mood for some new HANSON music… Coming soon.

Very exciting to get a rough timeline at least, and I'm welcoming BTTI info as well! So is that to mean the album release itself will take place within Q2 too and not just details and preprders? Can't wait!

Looking forward to Hanson Day. It will definitely be the honor and the cure in my case, since I couldn't make the Wintry Mix Tour. I'm excited to hear all the upcoming news about the album and tour. This is shaping up to be a stellar year, (at least for Hanson music,...if not much else right now). It was so great to see you guys at BTTI 2020. ...With any luck, our first time won't be the last. :)
