Thanks to the season flu going around, this week has been one to survive more than enjoy, but what comes around rarely stays around and that means things are looking up. The weather in Oklahoma is anything but consistent, but what we can say is it is trending south of warm, and well below the recommended average temperature for Piña Coladas. Cold weather is to be expected for January in most places across the US, but talking about it makes it that much sweeter knowing we will be sitting on a beach, struggling to decipher bacon from beer-can, wearing shorts and toasting a Red Stripe in a matter of a few weeks when we head to Jamaica for Back To The Island 2020.
Against The World continues to inch closer to completion as we review and plan the final stages of recording for the project. It is amazing how much work can go into that last 15%, but it's surprising what a difference it makes. Thinking about warmer weather is not solely because of BTTI but also because this Saturday HANSON Day tickets go on sale. This year marks two decades since the release of This Time Around, as well as the release of Against The World and we're excited to celebrate both!

I hope everyone is able to recover from the flu that is hitting people all across the country. I'll be in the deep freeze of MN while many fans are going to the warmth of Jamaica but will be signing up for HDay saturday. I'm so glad the sign up is not during a weekday. Looking forward to the new music of Against the World and everything that goes with it.

I'm looking forward to Hanson Day, ATW album, and the new tour! However I'm not looking forward to ticket buying for Hanson day, I hope you have fixed Hanson.net so it will be a smoother ticket buying experience!

This is for the admin staff. I was charged double for two sets of tickets and then my card was also charged twice for the total amount for all tickets. Could you please inform what steps I need to take to be reimbursed for one full set of tickets, and then also for the double set of two tickets? Thank you.

Hi everyone! My name is Laura and I'm new to being a member and am going to my first Hanson Day. I also was charged for 2 sets of tickets and would like to know what I should do to rectify this? I kept having to refresh and was told my username was being used already and I had to log out and log back in and what an hour and a half it has been! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Did you already pay for the tickets? If so, contact Customer Service (see the very bottom right-hand corner of this page). If they're just in your cart, you can delete one ticket or change the amount. (I'm not sure how it's showing up on your account.)

Hello there everyone,
I was wondering if any of you who have been charged twice for Hanson Day tickets have heard back from Customer Service please?
I was charged twice and the total included the bowling session, however it does not appear on the list of things I got. The $50 were added, but no bowling session in the confirmation order. So I was charged $314 instead of $107 if the bowling session should not be counted...
Since I'm in Europe my bank also charged me twice for the 2 transactions...
Anyone in the same boat?

You do have a bowling ticket. CS is processing order issues as fast as they can, but it may take several days for a credit to appear.

Sorry someone (all of you, one of you, wives, kids) has been under the weather - hope you all feel better soon.
I can't make it to BTTI/Hanson Day but I was excited to see a String Theory concert has been scheduled! I love the show in Buffalo NY and I know there are many fans who did not get to see it in 2019 (and now they can)
Looking forward to Against The World & more concert dates in 2020 :-)
