HANSON: Fearless Out Tomorrow

Yet again, this week we are in the recording studio working diligently to create what might be our boldest musical statement to date, and like a gift from our past, Fearless arrives to cheer us on.
“You are what you let yourself be told. You can be fearless.”
We made a plan to share our seventh album, Against The World, like never before, releasing an album piece by piece, seven songs, one at a time over seven months, and Friday when Fearless becomes available, it will be complete. Even though each song from ATW was released as a stand-alone single, there is a greater musical arch where each song is enriched by the ones that came before it. Where the first song Annalie talks about something lost, Fearless plants a flag at the top of the mountain and completes the album declaring it has been found! The creation of Fearless was deeply inspired by our album “String Theory” and because of the connection it carries with it, the intensity of that project. The Symphony is upfront, and the sense of scale and consequence are ever present. We hope it will be a song that can drive you to reach for new heights in everything you do, no matter how impossible they might seem today.

I’ve already listened to “Fearless” and I just loved it! I’m sad it’s the last one, but at the same time I’m super excited to get the physical cd and listen to all of them together! ❤️
