Huge Uk fan! Honestly only because of my boyfriend though. He would die if he saw a thread about University of Kentucky on a Hanson website. Those would be his very favorite and least favorite things all at the same time. Aaaaaand I have thought university of Kentucky when I see UK lol. I can't wait to tell him about this when I get home. He needs to know that there are UK fans who are also Hanson fans.

Even though I'm a hardcore UofL fan/student, and I think UK fans are the worst fans on Earth (I'm talking about behavior at our games. Sometimes when we aren't even playing them. We've had UK fans show up and heckle us before. It's really f-ed up.) I also think of U of Kentucky when I see UK.

With that being said, I also think UK is going to kick our asses in football pretty soon because our coach sucks. And all our good players graduated. Yeah...we're not going to a bowl game anytime soon.

I am from texas but my boyfriends family lives in Kentucky and he has been a huge fan all his life. Pretty much just for basketball though. We go to the same place everygame to watch them.

2 of my cousins went to UK. i'm not a fan personally (com'n i'm originally from north central ohio!) haha.

i'm pretty sure my cousin will be headed there in 4 years for med school, though. he hasn't fully decided and he's pretty worried that he wouldn't get in, but he's SOSMART so i don't think he'll have a problem. he's in morehead's pre-med right now on a full scholarship. :)

It might have sounded like I was saying I hate all UK fans. I don't. I just hate some of them. Sealed I have nothing against the school in general.
I just have a problem with the really diehard fans who feel they need to drive to Louisville just so they can sit in the parking lot of PJCS and yell at us as we go to games. Louisville fans would never do anything like that. I'm very proud that UofL has a reputation for being very respectful fans at our games. The only game I've been to when we weren't very respectful fans was the one when our Cardinal logo in the middle of the field got stomped by a player on the opposing team. But if I recalled correctly, and I do, we kicked their ass that night in the final score.

On a random sidenote, does anyone else find it very ironic that Marcus Vick once stomped on the knee of one of our players after a sack, then his brother Micheal Vick went on to play for the Falcons, which our former head coach, Bobby Petrino, left Louisville to coach? Of course, we all know that Micheal Vick no longer plays in the NFL because he's in prison. Maybe it's just me, but that makes me laugh. Petrino was always pretty pissed that we never got an apology from Marcus Vick for his jackassery. Sometimes I wonder if Micheal Vick ever had to pay for his brother's mistake...

Hells yeah!

Dangit, I was coming in here to threadjack with some shameless "GO CARDS!" but I see I'm late to the fun ;)

haha I am not welcome in most of my family.  Mom and I are the only UofL fans. I totally have the "house divided" liscense plate and everything. dad thinks its fun to dress the dog in blue on UofL/UK game days, since he's "outnumbered" by mom and me =D

I don't know what I'm gonna do when my college plays Louisville in football this year... I might have to wear a non-team color.

UK is OK... as long as they aren't playing my cards.

Now if I had chosen Tennessee to go to college instead of MTSU... we might have another story ;)
