This is the return of the Dielson post that was removed when the other threads were erased. I hope Adriana finds it and updates us on Dielson again. Hello all, long time, <!-- end post_message -->just wanted to update on dielson coz long time you guys dont ask anything about him, so hes having a surgery in 15 days, and is needing urgently some meds for it, some of them are to be taken before surgery and others after, we just could get 2 of them ofr free, so pls pray we can raise enough funds for it , coz im doing my best, i just wanted to ask you guys to pray for him as if you cared all this time... hope all is doing alright all my love <!-- end signature --><!-- end footer_toolbox --> <!-- end post_footer -->Thursday, June 12, 2008 12:55:09 PM <!-- end profile --> <!-- end post_profile_info -->

Sorry I haven't replied in such a long time Adriana. I keep losing this post and hadn't seen that Deilson was having surgery. Of course I still care about him and I'm so glad that he was able to get through the surgery. I will always keep praying for him. What did Dielson have the surgery on? I know you said he was not doing well for a long time there. Was it cancer again? <!-- end post_message --><!-- end post_footer -->I thought I was going to be able to send you a package for him awhile ago but it hasn't worked out yet. I'm going to make a much harder effort to send some money and things for him in the near future. I haven't talked to Dawn for awhile now so I don't know where she's at. Adriana, I just wanted to warn you that when they upgrade this site again soon everything will start from scratch so this tread will probably be gone. Adriana, Im just now getting back on here to check on dielson. This post will probably be erased before you see it. Try to start the thread again in the new forums. Glad dielson is doing ok after his surgery. Wrecked my car ;*( now its fixed though. (Stupid guy backed into me and squished me.) I will try to do better about staying in touch. I didnt mean to worry you. Its been really crazy at my work. My boss of 19 years moved :( shortly before that, my coworkers dad died and i pretty much did my work and hers. things are settling down now, so ill be back on track soon. out of curiousity, has a paypal account ever been looked into? Cause i think it would be alot easier if adri has a bank account or something and is able to get one...

I don't think Adriana has one but it would be perfect to get money to her much faster. Sending in the mail always seems to take a long time and I'm sure Dielson is in desperate need right now of many things because I don't think any of us have sent anything in a very long time.

I'm so glad I saw this on the main page. I was just looking through 16 pages of "my threads" last night to find the Dielson thread. I'd like to know what's going on with him, too. What is the cheapest way to get money to them? |

I'd like to find a better way too... but we really can't do much I don't think until we hear from Adri. I think she should be able to start a paypal account and that would be easier for us to send her some money... I mean I know I could do it much more often that way. I don't know though I guess I gotta wait to hear from her first.

Hello people , its a long time i dont post here to say a hello... im sorry but i have been trought alot lately... i miss you my friends,hope everyone is doing fine.. dielson had the surgery yes but hes not responding well to it,hes been often to the hospital for checking out and right now hes at home. i keep helping them the way i can,not alot, but im always tryifn to do something.. they dont get any help from any other place so thanks so much for thingking of them.. i dont have a paypal account unfortunately, i think the mail would be the simple way? how are you guys doing, shari, kat,laura, dawn? i haven't heard anything from dawn, like 20 days ago i sent her a message but i didnt get any answer..hope shes ok.. miss you guys, im sorry for being away for so long time all my love for you the best people. |

do you have a bank account hun? sending it just is harder cause i don't want to send like, 5$ you know? cause shipping would be just as much and I'm terrible at saving. If you have a bank acount i could send a few dollars every week, but if not then thats ok, I'll start trying to save up for a package to send. I quit my job in June though so money is a bit low right now and the bills are piling up. I'm glad you found the thread :) I've been keeping you and Deilson in my prayers. Hopefully I can send more than just the prayers sometime.

Hi Adriana, I just read your reply to my PM so I'm so glad you found this thread. It sounds like you have been through some difficult times too so I hope you are doing OK. And I hope Dielson keeps fighting to get better. I haven't heard from Dawn in a long time either but maybe she will see this post more that more people have replied to it. hey adri! :) I was just talking to my friend about Deilson last night, she wants to help too but can't any time soon. I have sooo much going on right now with money issues- I quit my job in june and started babysitting instead, but now my sister owes me money and hasn't called or dropped her kids off for awhile so i dont know what's going on with it right now. I'm gonna figure out the bank transfer thing though and see how that works, I have a friend that does that all of the time... :) I should be sending you a PM by tonight about it.

I don't know if there is a cheap way. This last package was quite expensive but I think the smaller the package it might cost less. I've only mailed from the U.S. Postal service but maybe UPS or Federal express service would be cheaper. If you do find a cheap way of shipping overseas let me know.

I think the small flat rate box costs $39 to send international. I sure wish there was a cheaper way. I have so many clothes that I could send him... although now that I think about it, it might not be the right season. What is it like there right now? |

That sounds about right. The package I just sent was around $35. I sent them some cloths last year and the package was pretty big but at the time you could pick between sending by air or by boat so the rate was alittle smaller. But it took weeks for the package to get there. Now they only allow packages to be sent by air. I looked up the weather in Brazil and it's in the 60's/70's so it might be just before the warmer weather hits them. Maybe Adriana will see this post and let us know for sure what the weather is like now. ___________________________________

It looks like the weather differs in different areas. Hopefully Adriana can get on and let us know, like you said. Do you know what size he wears now? I have a bunch of cute clothes in size 4T. |

I think 4T would probably fit him or will sometime in the future. He is smaller then average from what Adriana said back when I was going to buy him cloths. I think I bought size 2/3's for him and I also bought some things for his brother and mom. It was hard know what sizes and what they might like to wear but I think they are greatful for anything they get. They are in desperate need of so many things and I wish I could do so much more for them and more often. Maybe Adriana will let you know for sure about the sizes when she gets on to Hanson.net again. ___________________________________
