She was WONDERFUL!!! Her own songs were beautiful and uplifting, she had a lot of fun stories to share with the audience, and she sang a small bit from Rent. It was awesome seeing her live in person. She had closed the evening out by singing Defying Gravity from Wicked, and I couldn't help but get a little bit choked up. It was amazing to hear and see THE original person that had made the role of Elphaba sing the big song from the musical. I had chills throughout the whole show listening to her.

After the show, me and a bunch of other fans waited by her bus, and she was nice enough to sign my Wicked CD cover! I'm so thrilled that within in the same year, I have met my favorite band (Hanson) and now I got my favorite singer to sign my CD cover!!

I felt a little bit embarrassed though. The girl next to me got her thing signed, and I was so caught up in just seeing her inches in front of me, she was passing me and because I hadn't stuck out my CD cover to be signed. But I was quick, stuck it out, and she was happy to sign it. Such an awesome evening!! 

omg, wow it sounds like you had a great time! i really wish i could have gone to her concert now!! b/c when i saw her in wicked, we waited forever by the stage door for her to come out, but then my dad said he saw her sneak out a side door...so we didn't get her autograph :(
