Aww, I was on that chat not too long ago! Andrew answered three questions that I asked, which totally shocked me! I have pictures of the ones he answered. Very beautiful! They're such lovely brothers and have such a good sense of humor (: The Idols Live show was very amazing! I loved every minute of it. David Cook rocked the show of course! I was so happy and overwhelmed that my hands were actually shaking for a little while :P hehe. The Mavid patty cake dance at the end was amazing & pure coolness! ;) I loved "Free the Gnomes" as well lol. It was such a great show (: His new album is expected to be released November 11th! I just got my mom and dad backstage passes for the Idol show in Charlotte. Her favorite is Jason Castro. She said the only Idol who didnt make it backstage to meet everyone was David Cook. I've heard he's kind of private. But my mom thinks it's bc maybe he wants to not take all the attention away from the other Idols.

Actually I think that he's generally pretty good about coming out when he can, but he's had a bit of a stomach bug the last few days :( I'm pretty sure it was at the Charlotte show that I heard he'd been worried about being able to get through Billie Jean. So yeah, if he didn't come to meet people that night, that's most likely why :) I hope he's feeling better now!
OH and also he has a craaazy crazy schedule. Apparantly they're behind on some stuff with the record, so every chance he gets he's been writing/tacking/etc. songs and flying to LA. So in general he HAS been missing out on a lot of the opportunities to meet fans and stuff, but not because of any reason other than that he quite simply doesn't have the time. He definitely enjoys meeting people when he can though! He IS a private person, but also really friendly and awesome from everything I've heard :) Hi, I'm Stephanie! *waves*

Aww, I hope he is feeling better also. His schedule is insane. He may be a private person but that's alright though. He hardly has any free time but when he gives fan his attention it's so incredibly amazing to do that for others. I haven't heard anything bad about him from encounters. I've heard he's a really nice and sweet person :)

Wow, I can't believe the AI Live Tour ended last weekend. It's so unreal. It is kind of bittersweet. I have grown to actually like and respect all of the top ten. This is only the beginning for them, though. I enjoyed watching the videos and listening to the cellcerts! Hopefully they will get some rest and relaxation. David Cook launched his offical website a few days ago! There is a forum on the page, and you can add friends. I'm still getting used to the navigation on the site. I totally loved David on American Idol, so I was excited when I heard that his first (well, technically his second, I guess?) single was being released today! So listened to "Light On", and I think it's a great song. But does anyone else know the Hanson song "Leave the Light On?" The songs don't sound anything alike, but it seemed really weird! Hmm, I'm not too familiar with "Leave the Light On" by Hanson. I have heard of it but haven't listened to it, maybe since I haven't renewed my membership. I feel like such a bad fan :( I love "Light On!" It will be released to be purchased on iTunes and Amazon.com September 30th! From what I have heard, David's new album may be called "Out Of My Head." "Light On" is a good song, and I do like it. But when I first heard "Try to leave a light on when I'm gone," I freaked out. I had to dig out my membership cd with "Leave the Light On" right then just to make sure that none of the lines were similar beyond that. It is, as you've said, "Weird."
But, as I mentioned earlier, the song is great to listen to.
(*( To be great is to be misunderstood)*) Just another 11 year fan who enjoys rocking to MON, TTA, Underneath, and The Walk in her car. 11/13/07 - Awesome concert! Somewhere, there's a blue sky waiting. Been to 7 Hanson concerts, 09-23-08 will make 8. |

I've totally been meaning to bump this thread!! So YAY for it already being bumped :D And yeah, the album is AMAZING. For real, THE most legitimately great Idol debut album by a MILE. EVERYONE GO BUY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!!! (preferably on itunes, just cause.. it was at #1 on there most of today, and it just fell to #2 under Nickelback :( It deserves to be 1!! and if it gives you any MORE insentive to try and keep it at #1 on itunes- or anywhere else for that matter: Cook totally got teary eyed and hugged his mommy when he heard the news this morning <33)
